Last night a bunch of old people had a bonfire, hotdogs, marshmellows, booze, weed. An astronomer set up a telescope to see rings of Saturn; meteors visited. Just neighbors near Cloudcroft. About 30 folks. Living in the city never - never happened.

This boys are about two weeks after losing antlers. They live here year round and we get to know them. My recently deceased old dog played with a couple of them. One came into my motorcycle garage to eat apples when I left door open. They can be dangerous, but generally they are shy.

I have been riding motorcycles since I was 12. Most of my travels have been in cities and towns and countryside in Texas and across the Southwest. The last years have been mountain roads only. At 75, I know my limitations, so I study and read and practice techniques that I never knew.
