Original indictment from 2020 was in SDNY. Apparently it went before a judge who may still be assigned. Appointed by Clinton and denied, twice, Trump's attempts to move NY fraud case to federal court. He also said it might go to Miami. But jurisprudence is not his strong suit.

The first article, particularly, is a great read. I wish the people (men) who are so insistent on bemoaning what our society has done to young, white men would pay better attention to reality and stop relying on anecdotal evidence.
