I actually force myself to read 2 hrs before bed. No tv, no phone either. Its helped alot. The key is to turn off your racing thoughts by tiring out your brain. It takes some getting used to but you'll slowly notice you're falling asleep faster. I hope you get some quality sleep soon!🫶🏽
