“Ordinary People” maybe. There are the twins in “The Shining” but that could be a stretch.

I don’t know the distrib’s release schedule, but Waits’ latest collaboration with Jim Jarmusch is very much worth a look: “Father Mother Sister Brother” was at the NY Film Fest last Oct. He played a sly old dad to Adam Driver and Mayim Bialik in the 1st act of a 3-parter. Remarkable.

Do owners of WB Discovery stock get any benefits from the deal? Will they get Netflix stock if deal succeeds?

And they both lit up the NY Film Festival last October. Saw one of the remarkables, and now you make want to see “Accident” posthaste.

That’s a fanciful statistic. And if there’s so much powder dispersed, I don’t think the aquatic life should have to be sacrificed either.

Maybe he’s secretly trying to break, or chant, the curse. Ya know, like repeating Beetlejuice.

I call it the Repugnican party. Ya know, cuz they’re repugnant. Or, with a nod to one of their rabid constituencies, the Recathicans.

I remember Jonathan Demme & Co. previewing “Silence” to a convention of theater owners & operators in Atlantic City. Afterwards, the room was in a stunned state & the film’s distributor (I wanna say Orion) sponsored a luncheon, begging the question, were we really expected to eat?! 🤣
