I'm a 50+ marathon runner and I got the Trigger Point Therapy Workbook (Davies & Davies) a few days ago, and it's fantastic! Everything is so pedagogically explained and I have had more improvement these few days than what all the doctors and physiotherapists I visited over the years could provide.

It sure helps, Margo. I just use a straight stick and 'iron out' the trigger points. I do 10-15 repeats as recommended in Amber Davies' Trigger Point Therapy Workbook, the trigger point bible.
