Do you realise I said I enjoy NOT using AI?

I just said that I disagree with disregarding something unilaterally because it is made with AI (read the article's last paragraph) even though you enjoy it. If I enjoy it, I will play it. If they use AI to make a shitty game, I will not play it.

I don't draw, but I do code. Outside of work I prefer to do it without AI because I enjoy the process, in the same manner that somebody will knit a garment because they find it relaxing. Expecting new products to not be used with AI assistance is as realistic and expecting handmade textiles from GAP

Okay, in this case, given that everybody wears machine-made clothes, I guess we have to wait about ~10 years for nobody to care about it.

So software made by AI is fine, but a drawing made by AI is not?

You can enjoy a website or app, learn that is AI-made and continue to enjoy it. However, if you enjoy a drawing and learn that is AI you don't enjoy it anymore?

Fair, this screenshot is cheap and sloppy, not nice.

However the article says "once players can see one instance of AI being used, how do we know it hasn't been used throughout?". It seems to me that the argument is to disregard it because it uses AI regardless of how it is used.

Whilst it is inevitable to romantisie handmade items, I don't think it is worth disregarding a game that you enjoy because of it. If you had lived during the industrialization, would you have disregarded machine made garments as well? Or will you stop using your iPhone because AI is used to code it?
