They don’t care !!! They don’t care about the calls or the emails.
The only way this stops is when people get serious is REFUSE to show up for the people on top.
But we’re all so spread out it’s nearly impossible to assemble uniformly. Just the way they like it !

Of course it has. Historically, it always does so I’m not sure why anyone would have thought this time would be different.
