I’m not sure if the whistle blew. Wild play but blatant OPI that can’t/shouldn’t be ignored. Especially since they called a minor DPI on Dugger that extended the game.

His injury was almost certainly his fault. He glitched out on what was meant to be a quick screen. Throw it or dirt it. Don’t hold it when you intentionally left a rusher unblocked.
