After acquiring a vintage Mamiya C330f last year, I finally got round to processing the two rolls of Kodak Gold 200 I’d slowly put through it since July last year. This is a couple of ‘straight from the lab’ scans - love seeing my first 6x6 medium format film shots. #filmisnotdead #filmphotography

With the world seemingly hell bent on finding new and wondrous ways of harshing on your mellow, enjoy these scenes from Cradle Mountain in Tasmania. One of my happy places … because wombats 😍

Australia has more than its fair share of natural wonders … and Tasmania has so many packed into such a small area. Take these tessellated rock structures that are exposed at low tide. Simply amazing #visittasmania #australiantourism

It doesn’t often happen, but some days, the Brisbane River is so smooth as to be mirror like. My city is a great place to visit with plenty of things to see and do #visitbrisbane #australiantourism

This bridge, built in the 1880s used to be painted red, hence its name “The Red Bridge”. It is the railway bridge over Quart Pot Creek in Stanthorpe and is an easy walk from either side to get to and admire this wonderful historic structure #visitstanthorpe #australiantourism

The beauty of a lot of regional Australia is the old, derelict buildings loaded with character … and it’s the sadness too. Such lovely structures left to go to ruin and their stories lost. Still, means you can make up your own #visitwalcha #australia #explorensw #oldandbusted

This lovely old house has been my #1 ‘must visit’ place in Tenterfield every time we stay or pass through. The little stand, with its stock of Riverweed or Iron Bark honey has been there for as long as I can remember and has the best honey. Fresh too (based on 2nd pic) #tenterfield #australia #nsw

I’ve been lurking here long enough and have decided to start adding to the positivity by posting a pic a day of wonderful sights around Australia. This was taken two days ago at Gostwyck near Uralla in the New England region of NSW #visitthecountry #discoveraustralia
