Vitamin d was my lowest at 5 (20+ is normal range) but I was also low on vitamin c!

I noticed I was getting white hair and learned I was extremely vitamin deficient. Been months now and the white had decreased quite a bit since getting my vitamin levels up 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Literally the biggest downside to antidepressants. Like I’m already needing to take these to be semi okay and now I also have no libido?? If feeling emotionally numb that worth it? (It is unfortunately)
