Sat in garden, cuppa in hand listening to my daughter play beautiful piano before her ethics/philosophy exam this afternoon. Good grounded young lady. Doesn’t partake in any of woke nonsense, just a girl studying & working, wanting to get on in life. This feels a rarity in this society.

Give me the quiet peaceful things in life. Books, nature a decent cup of tea. Do NOT, however, expect me to remain silent when my teenage daughter’s rights, her consent, as a child are deemed lesser than an adult male in a dress & beard to satisfy his identity & misogyny.

I’m still getting to grips with this platform. I thought it was meant to be more tolerant, mindful, open to discussion & views without the threat of verbal insults. We should be allowed to agree to disagree & be respectful of choice. Clearly, again, this is not the case.
