3. If you’ve never been to Moab before there’s a ton of epically beautiful stuff to see in the State and National Parks (and it’s absolutely worth visiting!) but dogs have to stay on the road and on a leash there so plan accordingly.

2. Practice proper paw protection. I use Musher’s Secret paw wax (not just for ice!) before we go out and check for any cactus spines which might have been picked up after each adventure
