I chop it up to not smoking 🍃 today but I want to start cutting back on it. Because I’m afraid my body is trained to get hungry and actually eat when I do. It’s a bad thing to find yourself in. I can eat anything and everything when I do. But now the thought of food makes me sick.

No but to be so for real. I know that things are getting bad again because of how when I haven’t eaten in a few hours. I get hunger pains. But I still don’t feel hungry. I don’t want to eat. I haven’t had this in a long time.
