As a rural MO obstetrician, I think I’m about done. They could have tried to help recruit docs and fix our abysmal maternal and infant mortality rates, but nooo… more maternity care deserts coming MO way.

What’s the best group to donate to that is helping stop this? CECOT or WTF it is shouldn’t exist. Much less should we be ok with the USA sending people there or funding it. I don’t understand why this isn’t the biggest news story every day every where until it doesn’t exist.

I agree with you. We come back from this but ending hate, and meeting people where they are, so that they will start to listen see common sense.

He is just the distraction tool and it works. He is nuts. Doesn’t even sound like he has an ounce of knowledge about anything. It’s sickening.
