Excuse me. I know for a fact that I can handle at least four high-agency men going at it at once. Especially with a break for snacks and water.

I nonetheless object to watching the remains of liberal democracy held hostage by howling overpowered bitchbabies screaming at each other’s shadows.

For an awful two minutes he was standing on that wall shouting, looking like he might jump- and he hadn’t managed to fly yet. But then HE FLEW.
And MUM OR DAD FLEW TO MEET HIM.

He’s calling for mum and dad here. I found him on my doorstep, in the stairwell, parents nowhere to be seen- by the time I realised he wasn’t injured, just a baby, I worried it was too late.

CROW UPDATE: after a night in Crow Hotel, I took him outside to keep an eye on him and see if he would try to fly. I was so scared he would jump off the garden wall- we’re 3 stories up. But then this happened. You can see mum or dad in the 3rd video!

He seems fine. I’m boiling him some eggs, per the internet. Have updated the door so nobody gets a fright using the loo.

CROW.
There was an injured crow on our front step this morning. He can’t fly but seems fine otherwise. I’ve taken him in and put him in the downstairs loo so local cats don’t get him.
I’ve put some fruit and nuts and a dish of water and taken the plants away apart from his favourite.
What now?

Came down for breakfast in my jimjams and my housemate gave me a very funny look. Thought I’d done something to upset her.
Then she asked why I was dressed as Astarion.

I found this children’s picture book from 1967 in the Little Free Library. It’s a collection of ‘Stories of Courage’ clearly meant to inspire young readers. Heroic tales of Nelson, Socrates, Joan of Arc etc. Role Models.
Anyway, the cover features a child fully shooting a Nazi.

I mean, it's 1030pm, there are three floors of this and it's already carnage. Tender literary looking people in black sitting against the walls having intense drunken conversations.
