Although clean in this picture, this is my baby girl I found in 2018 at a kill "shelter." Stunk to high heaven from having run the streets for about a year. Shug didn't care she smelled, & neither did I as she gave me a big old sloppy kiss when I picked her up out of her kennel❤️

Yeah, I see that white edge of the bird's wing. I'll have some coming for a drink of water probably later today and see if they have that white on their wings, I don't think they do. This is a Google pic of the ones that I have in my area.

Still a sweetie, despite the "paradox"! I have a rescue like that, her name is Shug. She doesn't trust people right away who want to touch her sweet, scruffy, terrier head. She has to come to you, which she'll do if you're patient. Then she's very loving💖

My rescue, Shug, was born days before Hurricane Harvey. She either got lost or left behind during the storm. She's a clingy little girl, always wants to know where I am, I call her "the spy." She's scary smart, I'm pretty sure she would speak English if she could talk. 💕🐾
