That is basically correct. Inflation was a worldwide problem, not just an American problem. By all the metrics we had, our economy was in better shape than a lot of the world. Trump’s issues on the other hand are 100% self-inflicted.

Elon Makes no sense. Let’s say I paid these protestors $300 a week. That’s 6,000,000 a week. Add to that paying mileage. That’s a very costly and inefficient protest. Musk is not really that bright, or thoughtful.

It seems they might not have considered that some people do not own smart phones, or may have turned their phone off, or their battery died, or did not have it on them? Also people’s children would have been in that figure. A portion of people may have had to leave.

I don’t know. I thought the MSN did a good job for the most part, especially CNN. I think other things were in play. I think that many voters see a wealthy businessman with celebrity status and they deify them, be it Trump or Musk. Nothing can reach them. It’s their golden calf.

This keeps happening and Transphobes don’t care. The fact is transgender women that pass are going to keep using the same bathrooms. There is simply no way to protect cis women from harassment, and no way to stop many trans women from taking a piss no matter how hard they try .

Shut it down. There are no guarantees that Musk won’t just remove funding for democrats priorities. Trump and Musk have no integrity. They can’t be trusted to keep their word. The GOP made this mess, they should have to clean it up in their own.

I also worry that Trump clearly wants to build economic ties with Russia while using tarrifs on our allies. Could this be a play to strengthen Russia’s economy over Europe? I don’t know.

I don’t think Russia will own Europe. The Ukraine war has depleted them. Europe is realizing then need to be armed and independent. Europe has time to build their forces while Russia rearms. The question is will they do it or will they remain complacent.

That really depends. Trump is Europe up from complacency created by dependence. It may take 5 hard years for them to replace the USA, but every day more advocates for a strong and independent European military are being created. Does he want a well armed Europe? I think that’s worse for Russia.

First you need to impeach him, only then can he be removed. But let’s face it. He could do something on the level of Watergate or worse, and likely he would survive, perhaps even thrive.

Any way you slice it he’s a junior programmer. At that career stage there is just a whole lot of things you don’t know, and many things you can’t do effectively. Having them calling the shots is a recipe for disaster.
