and I've reached the point now where everything bothers me. every small thing causes some kind of emotional breakdown. days upon days of rumination about the smallest of things. every time I reach out to friends i feel more and more like a burden

I feel like I've been running on fumes for 6 months and I keep miraculously chugging along. I really don't know how I have managed to get this far because every step forward I take it feels like it's taking the last of the energy I have to put that foot forward
