I don't really understand this one from a purely cynical perspective. They are so corrupt, i can't imagine how they thought much lesser examples could mean enough to enable mass evil (murder, rape, opression and so on.). When they are still safely occupying their own positions.

Corporations do not commit crime, murder people and pollute. People do. As soon as the first board of directors of any company starts serving 20 year sentences, companies will become very law abiding overnight. #truth
