he Russian and East European Studies department at Penn is a tight-knit community dedicated to advancing knowledge of a vast and unique region of the world. Our faculty’s interests and expertise span many centuries, countries, languages, and disciplines.
This was a concluding animation of a children's TV show in the USSR. The show ended at 20:59 and then the children would be put to bed. This is so calming and lovely, enjoy!
