I'm so proud to have worked on this lovely book by Fatima Whitbread. It's a message of hope for kids, and a reminder to adults how much they can impact kids positively with kindness and empathy.

I had the most marvellous celebrating 10 years of #MurderMostUnladylike with the inspirational Robin Stevens and got to chat and meet so many amazing people, plus Puffins past and present. It was an evening of celebration and joy, so much so that I kept forgetting to take photos!

I had a most excellent time at the Chartered Institute of Editing and Proofreading (CIEP) Conference and learned a huge amount. It was also great to catch up with editor buddies, and make new friends! I also learned the Finnish for 'nitpicker', courtesy of Adam Sharp (see last image).

Whoop! Went to see @amateuradam and @henrypaker at their @margatebookie event for #KaysIncredibleInventions and it was brilliant and hilarious! This is the best children's non-fiction I've ever read! (Also, I made it into the acknowledgements - WIN!)

I want to give a shout-out to @chrisbradfordauthor - #WayOfTheSword is the second book I worked on with him, and the very latest #TheSoulSurvivor. I loved #YoungSamurai from the moment I read the first book and his latest #TheSoulSurvivor does not disappoint!
