Ik ben sindsdien verhuisd en bij mijn vrouw ingetrokken, toen ik nog alleen woonde, werd het niet echt kouder dan 16-17⁰C in huis. Ik woonde in een appartement en waarschijnlijk stookte de buur beneden mij dusdanig verkwistend, dat het in mijn appartement ook nooit echt koud werd.

Ik had bijna twee jaar alleen de kachels aan als ik visite had. En dat was hooguit een paar keer per maand gemiddeld een paar uur.

So I got up, topped over their popcorn and went to the staff to complain about them making a mess and ruining the movie for everyone. They were confronted after the break and when they started yelling at the staff, they were thrown out into the street!

Once was watching a movie and this guy right behind me had a buddy coming in with a huge bucket of popcorn about 25 minutes in the movie and then started loudly catching him up on what happened. An elderly couple complained and was yelled at. During break, they left their popcorn to get more beer.

I used to bring crisps to the theater, but put them in soft freezer bags at home, that make no sound at all.
