From my experience it's a net neutral aside from the downside of things being a little awkward to get used to

From what I can tell, I think it's one neighbourhood per guild, but the neighbourhood is cross-faction. Maybe you can choose which one your guild lives in?

With parts of the story taking place in the old world, particularly zones such as Eastern Plaugelands, is it possible we could see similar updates to zones like Arathi Highlands to pull these zones into the modern game and reflect the work of the Argents and Circle since Cataclysm? #MidnightQandA

The most important thing is being the person -you- want to be. There's nothing wrong with how you look, but if it's not a way you're happy looking, then I hope you get every push you need along the way! Just remember to give yourself 70/30, going too hard in one direction will burn you out!
