Also factually incorrect. Smith did not lose the case to Gencon, the lawyer admitted to screwing up paperwork and I believe it is still under appeal.

Smith successfully sued 5 times. That is fact. None of the cases were able to provide one shred of evidence of any of the rumors they were sued over, even after being given years to find a single piece.
