HHS Director Robert F. Kennedy did not swim in Rock Creek as he claimed, but rather was in a waterfall pool of an unnamed stream which is a tributary of the Rock Creek. It’s over 1,200 feet and 90 feet altitude above the creek, but the stream is also somewhat polluted.
