Russia has more. Therein lies a big problem. Get rid of Putin and does someone else step in to keep them secure or do they get divvied up among the oligarchs?
PS: I believe the US stopped actual tests as unnecessary many years ago when they had enough data to make accurate computer simulations.

Adorable. Don't tell anyone, but Mrs. Penguin feeds a couple of families of raccoons who live under our deck. They've presented us with a litter of kits a couple of times. The males don't stay long after they're grown, but the two Moms appear to share caring for each other's kits. They're very shy.
