We had a lot of apple's, now we have a lot of apple puree and an apple, date,tamarind, ginger, and chilli chutney,and not enough jars to put the chutney in!

Bonus day off. The water pump that supplies us water from the borehole packed up. No water, no restaurant. Here's pictures of the old pump. It's 30 meters long. It does not reach the bottom of the borehole.

Tonight's dinner. It's been in the freezer since December. I shall serve with minted Jersey royal potatoes, slaw, and various salad items. For Julia and I, I have made three bean ,lime, coriander, and cumin salad.
