For the 6 light cycles that three cops harassed this delivery man 4 drivers ran red lights, 9 drivers blocked the crosswalk, 1 driver nearly struck a blind man. The cops ignored every driver. The delivery man did not run a light, was moving with the flow of traffic, no idea why he was targeted.
