Absolutely that. Even Uni grads needs to work their way through the ranks. Just because you have a degree doesn't mean you're ready to manage folks or perform. You've read books.

It took me many years to qualify as I started working at 16, no student loan, but if I was going to be earning 100k a year in the future I wouldn't have worried about it.
I don't save lives, but I'm in a job which takes the money which pays for doctors to work or whinge about how much they earn.

Homegrown and I seem to remember we relied heavily on him and Miley in our last champions league campaign due to a number of injuries and suspension.
But if anyone thinks Ashby is a suitable cover then good luck.

Except it doesn't matter if Newcastle is owned by a Public Investment Fund or an individual owner. PSR applies in both circumstances.
