Called the creditor just to see if I could get more information.

Creditor: We've already sent you all the paperwork for now, you just have to wait.

Me: Right, but I'm applying for an apartment and this is preventing me from getting it.

Creditor: Yeah, it'll do that. Have a nice day.

So I figured "Fuck it" I'll give the police what info I had and see what they can do. Called police, the officer I talked to wasn't in at the time, so they ping ponged me around before saying it's best I talk to records, which got me to an answering machine I left a message at.

Well, got a hold of Westborough Crossing again, the manager sent me to their realtor, the realtor pretty much said "This has already been sent to a creditor, so it's no longer our problem. You have to deal with them." (Which I've already talked to the creditor about this).
