For us (anti-fascist) Germans it's heartbreaking and infuriating to see America fall for the same crap us Germans have fallen 80 years ago.
And it's horrifying to think about what might happen next.

What's concerning: it's not Just the US. In many Western countries fascism is on the rise.

As a German, it's absolutely surreal to watch what's happening in the US. How fast a once proud democracy can get into such troubles.

Well, in 4 years he's 82. Some say there are signs that he already might have had several small strokes. Maybe he's a little too optimistic in assuming that he'll be around for a 3rd term.
