aren't hospitals part of the issue, especially for-profit ones? why should hospitals need shareholders? i am unfortunately speaking from experience after receiving a $40,000 hospital bill after a single overnight stay due to anaphylaxis... no fault to the nurses and doctors of course but yeah :(
