TL;DR the General Court’s latest judgments affirm the @European Commission’s power to recover EUR 320 million in interim-measure penalties from #Poland (despite the latter’s refusal to pay the sums). This is significant leverage to uphold EU law’s authority! 🇪🇺⚖️💶
