I live in the Bible Belt. Almost every sex scandal we've had in the 40+ years I've lived here has involved a conservative Christian church leader or minster.

Teaching in public schools has always been "women's work". Any job that has been "women's work", whether teaching, secretarial/administrative, or retail sales is always under paid and under valued.
