Okay, you all have inspired me to start December working on my posture! I’m starting with this posture challenge from darebee, it’s just shoulder and arm movements, but it’s something, and more than I do currently because I’m always at work 😅

So confusing! I can see where they might hinder, but if you use them as a temporary aid to help along with exercises, I could imagine it being useful when you are starting out, like an ankle or wrist brace while you are doing PT. But who knows 🤷🏻‍♀️
