During a hearing in March, Boasberg asked the government’s attorney if deportations to El Salvador were imminent; when the attorney said they didn’t know, the judge adjourned the hearing so the attorney could find out. During that time, the government flew 2 planes to El Salvador.

That is outrageous, cruel and hopefully will be challenged at the Supreme Court.
