@telussupport.bsky.social I just spent the last 45 minutes trying to get an answer to a really simple question via Telus chat and phone. It made me realize that there’s no way I will switch to a communication company that is virtually impossible to communicate with.

Not my cat and not my dog. The dog is legitimately visiting but the cat belongs to the neighbour and just invited himself to the party, then made himself comfortable in the dog's bed.
