I spent hours yesterday labeling antisemitic slurs, because the Palestine "supporters" were out in force gloating over October 7th.
In bulk labeling passes sometimes I miss accounts that are using them ironically, or otherwise not as a slur.

Bluesky's layered moderation is poorly understood.
E.g. a labeler's labels can be set individually to "Off", and then that label won't affect your view at all.
It's also different from blocking in that labels can apply to post, profile or account. Almost all my automated labels are post-level.

1. you are blocked by the person who made the original post to which you replied with a link to wionews. That is nothing to do with this moderation service.

ofc your account is nothing like that. This was a one-off, and it's understandable people might double seeing 'whitehouse dot gov' and other US government sites labeled as disinfo. But here we are: they most definitely are.
