I don’t for mittens but by this time I know that the alpaca or wool I use will fit the design.

Oooo. Nasty group!! Trauma informed therapy is the way to go. We feel our “essence “ drained out- no matter how independent and vibrant before such a relationship- you have to build it back. And you loose trust in yourself- you need that back too!!
