The impacts of the snowmelt and the upcoming rain could result in increased water levels and minor flooding and or river ice breakup occurring in some areas.

🌧️ Peel Region is preparing for the potential flood from the past snowstorms and rain from this winter. High chances of heavy rain could fall in Southern Ontario, as issued by Environment and Climate Change Canada, rising up to 25mm of rain and chances of thunderstorms.
