You know the day to day is fine. It’s when I think about being in a job where mistakes can really hurt people, I might not be enough, & I’m going to get paid less & less each year as we never get raises & inflation keeps increasing… that feels really bleak. But 95% of the patient stuff is positive.

But also I really love my job at its core… I just feel so frustrated with what medicine is…
