I'll throw out a niche one: Spider-Man vs Kamen Rider. I know KR isn't well known in the west, but as a non-american, I'd like ERB to have more characters from outside the US. And frankly, most suggested Spidey matchups are pretty weak, so why not have the East's iconic bug hero, vs the West's?

There is a GI Joe vs Transformers movie coming out next year. Joe has been around for a while, so there's lots of different things to pull from in a battle. It's actually the originator of the term "action figure", because they didn't think boys would buy what is essentially a male doll lol

I'm not sure how GI Joe is unbalanced but He-Man isn't. Besides, He-Man is also a Mattel property, while GI Joe is from Mattel's rival Hasbro. It has a much older and richer history than HM, and it was literally created to be a male alternative to Barbie. Those two brands have been rivals since 60s
