Love of politics. Dislike of Tories, Republicans, fascists and racists. We are in a disinformation age and it is frightening many people don't know correlation is not causation. Anti religious. #FBPE
Good morning people on Bluesky. I have been awake since 3:30 a.m. At which point it was ridiculous trying to sleep further as the alarm goes at 5 a.m. I'll be a wreck. A old wreck at the bottom of the sea. One which may have been graceful in the wind but no longer. My company leisurely sharks.

I see Starmer and I see a pen pusher, who likes his job, does his job as best he can but is still pen pusher.
He has no big plan to tackle the worst offenders of British society. Those who are destroying Britain. Utility companies, tax dodgers and corrupt oligarchs.

Time for Tim Davie DG at BBC to go. Tories have been running it for years. They have made it a Tory propaganda machine. Then for Richard Sharp to be kicked out. Listen to the latest Newsagents podcast.

Simply making Amazon pay their tax in the UK would be enough to pay for lifting the 2 Child Benefit Cap.

Amazon have a Revenue of £27bn in the UK but usually pay NO tax at all.

Dundee News, a Zimbabwe woman in her 30s with her ten year old daughter is murdered by a young white male of 20. She was stabbed. There was a second assailant however nothing has been released.

Fortune Gomo had just gained her PhD from Dundee University. She was loved by the community.

Rachael Reeves was at PMQs and looking in a right two and eight. It's not just the obedience she shows Starmer she was in mental distress. Which makes me think, Starmer should of protected her. Why did he not ask her sit out? Was he aware? What sort of leader doesn't support their colleagues?

A fantastic young Lyndsey Wagner. Bionic woman.

Britain before it joined the EU was called the sick man of Europe. Not we hear that disability PIP claims increase by a 1,000 every day. Our loss if trade means the exchequer has less income to spend on services. So why not just join the Single Market?

Crazy that we hear about Train Drivers who get £60,000 a year for driving a train.

But we never hear about the boss of Tesco who gets £30,000 a day and doesn't even pay tax in the UK.

Or the £250m a day that the likes of Amazon, Vodafone, BP and Shell don't pay in tax.

Question time, should social media be banned for teenagers?

LBC on about private schooled children and parents nie having to pay tax. Thing is these private schools are usually registered with charitable status. Which means they hop out of paying tax when state schools do. Which means state schooled children are at a massive disadvantage.

It seems there is little user engagement on bluesky. I don't know why. It just is.

When the armchair is taken over by sharks, it can only mean the oceans are rising. Or there's a little person running aboot with a penchance for marine biology.

If the UK rejoined the Single Market there would be £42bn a year to spend, jobs galore and it would kill Nigel Farage.

Lets do it.

Have been using Threads of late. But I can see an increase in right wing nut jobs. Too thick to understand populism is powered by the rich. Subverting justice for their own reasons. Just can't be having that shit on any platform.

I listen to various podcasts. And sometimes a particular radio show. Then of course there's social media, threads and blusky, from these I'll follow links and get my news. Whereas 30 to 40 years ago it would be tv and a single newspaper.
Everything I read or watch I filter. Asking myself questions

It's odd how American politics uses communism and socialism as a abhorrent term. Neither of which most understand. Yet Trump mangoman loves Putin the dictator. Why has no-one linked Putin as a vile commy?

I believe Drumpf wants to devalue the American dollar and make money out of his crypto. It just seems to make sense. He cares not a literal cent about America.

Trump has declared a trade war on the world. Russia must be laughing, they no longer need to do anything. He has effectively surrendered his own nation. He is about to create a depression in Europe and the Americas. Some good news. America now practice the art of fucking themselves.
