Yup it sounds like the FDA did their best to stack the panel with as many anti-psychiatry folks as possible as pseudo-intellectual cover for future regulatory actions. Brace yourself for what might be coming next.

I'm a huge believer in advocating for health promotion in mental health treatment, particularly exercise. That said, I think a close inspection of the research shows that it can improve depressive and anxiety SYMPTOMS but we've yet to show it prevents the actual disorders. Hope we get there.
