in my case i had a nvme ssd and 16gb of ram, the problem was that the CPU was overheating as hell.. it was a 8th gen i7, and the copper from the cooling system was oxidizing. it lagged, it would shutdown by itself and i couldn’t even rest my hands in top of the laptop

the way I can relate to this!! after i built my pc, I’ve put my old laptop inside my wardrobe and thought I’d only use it if I was away from home, but now I can’t even think about going back to it 💀
