Sketch and Penpot are on my radar. It just took me so long to feel comfortable w/ Figma, I hate this. They're just like Adobe.

I would go for Asturias. Gijón is lovely when you visit, but it is also more of a party/tourist seasonal invasion town, so I would probably choose Oviedo (large hospital facilities nearby) or a smaller city/big village nearby.
