Loners may feel lonely, yes—but only for a while.
Because they carry their own company like a lantern, flickering but unwavering, guiding them back home.

They sip tea with silence, write letters they’ll never send, and wander through their own mind as though strolling through a beloved forest.

But the loneliness doesn’t linger. It passes like a bird flying through rain—a fleeting ache.
Because loners have learned the art of befriending their own shadow.
They have made peace with empty rooms and unringing phones.

Yes, sometimes.
When the weight of unshared thoughts clings to the ribs.
When the silence, once a sanctuary, turns heavy.
When the moonlight seems to walk alone on the lake, and no voice calls it by name.

But like the tide pulled back by the moon, destiny whispers:
“Go home. Find a friend within you.”
So, do loners feel lonely?

And yet, even the most self-contained wanderer sometimes leaves their shell. They step into the light, try on the warmth of familiar faces, and briefly dance with companionship. For a while, they bloom in the company of others, exchanging smiles, stories, and fleeting glances.
