That is true, but we’re a distant 9th in terms of revenue yet 6th in wages - so it’s this one that’s going to land us in hot water if we aren’t careful.

Wow. I knew #avfc spent a lot on wages but i didn’t know our *average* was above 100k - and this was for 23/24, long before Rashford et al.
Needs to be urgently addressed this summer.

Unsurprisingly, I wouldn’t be against this if we can get a big fee and replace him with a top young talent on lower wages (lad from Espanyol?)

I really think the club should knock this stuff on the head now as well, just looks silly.
“Best in the world” wasn’t even the best keeper on the pitch today (again).

I get that people are concerned about #avfc record v Palace, but look at this lineup from the last game.
And don’t forget those half time changes - Olsen came on & conceded 3. Bailey for Garcia at right wing back!
Hoping the team (& manager) will be a different animal this time round!

I know people have been saying it all season, but it’s astonishing that Forest are 3rd with the underlying numbers they produce week in, week out.
