can't just resign. broadcasting job scene at current times almost certainly require a major relocation or multiple months/years of job hunting within your local market area. it isnt viable or safe to suddenly abandon ship without any kind of cushion, most esp in this economy.

i work in tv as the last passthrough for some affiliates, the whole station went dark in the middle of NCIS and just hasnt come back. we called the network and never got a real answer as to why. was definitely a fun night for me though lol
