Add Amazon to the list of tech companies cutting back mention of DEI on their annual regulatory filings, which detail goals and risks.

No more "we focus on...inclusion and diversity, safety, and engagement to hire and develop the best talent."

Just "We strive to be Earth’s best employer."

Alphabet/Google today removed a section on diversity from its annual SEC filing. No more "we are committed to making DEI part of everything we do"

Also it broadened language on using contractors and replaced a reference to wanting "productive" employees to wanting ones who "perform at a high level"
